About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery and Project Manager. This role is essential to ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and effective management of IT projects across the organisation. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, analysing business requirements, and building strong stakeholder relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in both IT service delivery and project management who is committed to continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure alignment with business needs and technological solutions.
• Manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collect, analyse, document, and validate business requirements, maintaining clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead resources effectively to optimise project delivery.
• Monitor and report on service performance, identifying opportunities for service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and security standards.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues as necessary and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.

Skills and Qualifications 

• Proven experience in IT service delivery and project management, ideally within a similar organisational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Portuguese fluent or native level; English intermediate + level

• Working knowledge of ITIL framework is an advantage.
