Field Management Team Leader
Goldenergy is seeking a senior professional to lead and continuously improve field operations in distributed energy and electrification solutions. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end operational management of equipment installation activities, including public EV charging stations, residential EV chargers, solar PV systems, and battery storage solutions.
The Field Management Team Leader will act as the link between strategy and execution, ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently, consistently, and at the quality level expected by Goldenergy and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage installation partners and oversee field execution from a technical, operational, and quality perspective.
Conduct site audits and installation visits, accompany field teams when needed, validate technical solutions, assess partner performance, and approve completed work.
Define and refine installation standards, technical requirements, operating procedures, and quality controls for all products and services.
Ensure process consistency and scalability as the business evolves.
Build strong governance with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and lead regular performance reviews with installation partners, driving corrective actions when performance or quality falls below target.
Support the selection and validation of products, equipment, and service models, ensuring a technically robust and operationally efficient offering, aligned with customer needs.
Manage and develop a small team, providing direction, prioritization, and coaching, serving as the reference point for field execution excellence.
Profile Required:
Proven experience in the operational management of technical installations within the energy sector, e-mobility, solar PV, or related fields.
Ability to combine hands-on operational rigor with leadership and decision-making, both in the field and at management level.
Experience managing teams and external partners.
Strong results orientation, quality focus, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Solid knowledge of technical, regulatory, and compliance requirements within the national energy sector.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement solutions quickly.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
