Key Account Manager | Retail

You will be part of a dynamic commercial team and act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail accounts. This role connects market insight, commercial strategy and operational delivery to ensure client satisfaction, growth and contractual compliance. You will work closely with internal teams—operations, marketing and finance—to coordinate activity, resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

🔎 What you will need
Proven experience in key account management or retail sales management
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of growing account revenue
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions (Excel competency required)
Organised, proactive and able to prioritise under pressure
Flexibility to travel
🧾 Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of retail accounts, building strong, long-term relationships and acting as the main commercial contact
Develop and execute account plans
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports and business reviews
Coordinate cross-functional activity to ensure on-time delivery
Manage and resolve.issues and escalations promptly and professionally
Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement process or system enhancements
