About the role

Goldenergy is seeking a Junior Electrical Systems Coordinator Solar PV & EV Charging Installations to join our New Energy team. In this role, you will support the installation and maintenance of both Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers. Your responsibilities will include assisting in identifying and defining installation requirements, conducting site visits, and supporting the management of suppliers. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our Sales and Customer Support teams, both internally and externally.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Assist in providing second and third-level support to Customer Support teams or directly to end-users.

• Help in conducting technical training sessions for the Customer Support teams (internal and external).

• Support the management of warranties and coordination with partners for local assistance or repairs.

• Assist in evaluating the compliance and quality of Solar PV and EV Charger installations.

• Help monitor and evaluate customer projects, ensuring they meet the required standards.

• Aid in the management of product stock and ordering processes.

• Participate in periodic meetings with partners and contribute to KPI evaluations.

• Assist in creating and sending detailed, customized proposals to customers.

• Support the Sales Teams (internal and external) with technical training.

What you'll bring?

• Strong command of the Portuguese language, either at a native level or C1 proficiency;
• Degree in Electrical Engineering;

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

• Familiar with designing, installing or maintaining electrical installations;

Nice to have

• Experience with solar design tools;

• Basic knowledge of Solar Photovoltaic systems, including compliance and quality standards;

• Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicles and EV Chargers.
